Objective of our commission
Flint Spark Consulting was commissioned to support Alstom GRID to build change capable managers across a team of five Unit Managing Directors and their 60-70 senior management direct reports, to build the organisation’s capability to make culture change “happen”.

We developed and delivered a series of five two-day interactive workshops that enabled delegates to drive change
through the practical application of John Kotter’s proven principles for effective change.
