Objective of our commission
Flint Spark Consulting was commissioned to help the Head of R&D to conduct a facilitated one day review with the R&D team to identify clear change priorities associated with the development of a new technical centre.
Our chosen approach
We developed, facilitated and graphically recorded a one day workshop session which identified the constraints,
expectations and requirements of a new technical centre for the R&D function. We then helped participants to identify how the new site would look and feel, to identify and prioritise key design themes to finalise design criteria, and to identify next steps and actions together with supporting behaviours.
