Objective of our commission
Flint Spark Consulting was commissioned to help with the re-alignment of a group of Directors following a major reorganisation.
Our chosen approach
We designed and facilitated a Team Development and Alignment day which provided the opportunity for directors to develop common working practices, and to become better acquainted as individual members of the leadership team. The day included use of Myers Briggs (MBTI) Step 2 assessments and full debrief to relate personality types to working styles, together with facilitated sharing of individual delegates’ personal interests, perceived strengths and development areas, supported by peer feedback. We also facilitated fun team building activities which provided an opportunity for team members to reflect on workplace behaviours.
